How do I get an account?

Open Request athlete access and submit the form. The Academy checks that the athlete is enrolled, then activates the account and emails you. Accounts for athletes under 18 are issued to a parent or guardian.

I forgot my password

Use “Forgot password?” on the sign-in screen. If you no longer have access to the email on the account, write to us and we will verify your identity with your trainer.

I can sign in but see no athletes

Signing in does not automatically grant access to a school’s roster. Access is assigned by the Academy; ask your trainer or email us with the branch name.

Calendar reminders

“Add to my calendar” downloads the event to your phone’s calendar app with the reminder you chose. Downloaded events do not update automatically — check the portal if a date changes.

Store orders and payment

Choose your items and the trainer you will collect from. Online ordering and payment are being prepared; until then, nothing is charged in the app and your trainer confirms price and availability at collection.

Delete my account or my data

Use the account-deletion option in the app, or email info@championselite.net from the address on the account with the subject “Delete account”. We confirm within 30 days. Federation-required belt records are anonymised rather than deleted; see the Privacy Policy.
