Terms of Use

Effective date: 21 October 2026. These terms govern championselite.net, the Champions Elite Academy Portal at app.championselite.net and the Champions Elite iOS app (the “Services”), operated by Champions Elite, Mont La Salle, Ain Saadeh, Lebanon (the “Academy”).

1. Accounts

Portal accounts are issued or approved by the Academy for enrolled athletes, their parents or guardians, trainers and staff. Requesting access does not create an account until the Academy approves it. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Accounts for athletes under 18 are held by a parent or legal guardian.

2. Acceptable use

Use the Services only for academy purposes. Do not share another athlete’s profile or photo outside the academy, attempt to access data you are not authorised to see, upload unlawful or offensive content, or interfere with the operation or security of the Services. The Academy may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or the academy’s code of conduct.

3. Calendar, results and belt information

Event dates, times and venues are provided as a convenience and may change; the portal is the reference, and calendar files downloaded to your device do not update automatically. Belt grades, divisions and eligibility shown in the portal are maintained by the Academy under Kukkiwon, World Taekwondo and Lebanese Taekwondo Federation regulations; official certification is issued by those bodies, not by the app.

4. Academy store

The store lets you select equipment for collection from your trainer. Adding an item to a cart does not reserve stock and no order is placed or payment taken in the app until online ordering is activated; prices and availability are confirmed by the trainer at collection.

5. Medical consultations

The portal can connect you with the Academy’s coordinator to arrange a medical consultation. The Services do not provide medical advice; any consultation is between you and the treating practitioner. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.

6. Intellectual property

The Services, the Champions Elite name and logo, and all content we publish belong to the Academy or its licensors. World Taekwondo, Kukkiwon, the Lebanese Taekwondo Federation and Mont La Salle are referred to by name; their names and marks belong to them. You may not copy or reuse the Services or their content without our written permission.

7. Availability and liability

We aim to keep the Services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, the Academy is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Services, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the Services in the preceding twelve months. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. App stores

If you download the app from the Apple App Store, Apple is not a party to these terms, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app, and is not responsible for any claim relating to it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

9. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon and the courts of Beirut have jurisdiction. We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page, and material changes are notified in the app. Contact: info@championselite.net.
